About Me

My name is Dinah Dolamore. I live with my husband and two cats in a small town (population approximately 4,700) in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand. I have three adult children and one grandson.

I have always been an avid reader of a broad range of books. I was that child that used to hide under the blankets with a torch to continue reading after lights out!

I enjoy making Diamond Dotz pictures when I get the time, and always enjoy family time. I love my developing garden. I also enjoy attending sundry auctions and garage sales but have to limit these as I am shocking at buying a bargain whether I need it or not. If I don’t need it, I always find somebody that does, to donate it to!

I also work as a Support Worker, mostly with Aged Care but have worked a long time with people with disabilities/life challenges as well.

I have recently earned my Diploma in Proofreading and Editing, which is very exciting for me as it will allow me to spend more time with my lifelong passion of reading.

Fee Structure

Proof it Write is my business that is all about me proofreading/editing your work, however large or small it may be. I can give you an estimate or quote by three method:

  1. Hourly rate - $50 per hour
  2. Word count - one cent per word
  3. By page - this depends on the content eg. Words, graphs, visuals etc

My quotes/estimates will be in New Zealand dollars and will not include GST.

I believe that by using this simple fee structure I will keep all transactions easy to use, clear and precise. This can be used no matter the level of proofreading/editing required as the fee structure can be chosen to best suit your requirements, depending on the level of work you require.
